Overview
Each visitor’s journey is up to them: they can select their interests and Explorer will organize a list of exhibits to see based on how close they are. The app provides turn-by-turn directions from the edge of the universe to the age of the dinosaurs, plus the shortest route to restrooms, shops, cafes, and exits. Through the museum-only Avatour experience, visitors can become a bear or a dinosaur, and find hidden content by exploring the AMNH’s most famed dioramas and displays using Augmented Reality.
