Intercorp Tower Experience Design

Overview

We created a dedicated space for Intercorp employees to learn about the company’s past and present and shape its future.

We transformed a newly renovated 19th floor within the Edificio Interbank in Lima in celebration of the company’s 30th anniversary Inspired by Intercorp’s role in building Peru’s middle class, we built a space to encourage innovation and collaboration, inviting each employee to imagine a brighter future.

The 19th floor visitor journey spans the past, present and future of both Intercorp and Peru itself. Visitors begin in the present, entering a theatrical space that shares Intercorp’s “topic of the year.” From there, visitors can collaborate on future projects in the Explore Pods, or dive into the story of Intercorp’s past growth in the Discover room.
